You can use this to scrub through the clip and set In and Out markers. At the beginning of the clip’s time bar in the Source panel, you’ll see an arrow-shaped marker. So, choose the clip from the Project panel you want to split so it comes up in the Source panel. This is the panel usually in the top-left side, and when you select a clip in the Media library, a preview of it will show up here. With this method, instead of going to the timeline, you’ll be using the Source panel. Paste the link to the input box of SpotiFlyer, then hit the download button and it will start ripping your Spotify songs to MP3. Method 2: Using the Source PanelĪnother way to split a clip in Adobe Premiere can be done before you put it in the timeline. Go to Spotify to find the song or playlist that you want to rip, then click the 'Three Dots' to find the 'Share' option and copy the link. Splitting a clip in the timeline also won’t affect the original clip from the Project panel, so if you want the entire clip again you can simply find it there and place it in the timeline again. You can now delete the part of the clip you don’t want, or add effects and transitions to either clip portion without it affecting the other part. Each split portion will now act like their own separate clips. ![]()
